Bands and... includes:


  • Bands & Buns  - We use tubes and bands to build those buns!
  • Bikes & Bands  - A great cardio/strength class using an indoor cycle and tubes (Or any cardio equipment and tubes/bands)

DRENCHED UPPER/LOWER ON DEMAND

Get ready to get Drenched with this HIIT Cardio Blasting workout. You will start with 30 minutes of fat burning intervals where you have the ability to work at your individual level. The class will end with 10 minutes of bodywork focused on the Upper or Lower part of the body.


Equipment that may be needed:  Dumbbells (or any substitute), Kettlebell a mat and water.

FULLY LOADED ON DEMAND

A strength-based circuit class with a cardio component added into it, Fully Loaded will challenge you to become 1% better while having a great time doing it! Using a variety of body weight exercises, equipment and ingenuity, Fully Loaded gives you a full body workout that is never the same class twice.


Equipment you may need: Mat, Dumbbells (Or any heavy substitute - gallons of water, backback with books, etc), water and a smile!

HIGH ENERGY ON DEMAND

High Energy On Demand classes will leave you rocking, pumped up and sweaty!  Our High Energy Classes are:

  • Cardio Kickbox - Cardio kickboxing is a fun, fast paced class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
  • WERQ Dance Cardio - WERQ is a cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat. 

No equipment needed for our High Energy Classes - just bring the energy!

HIIT THE DECK & FIT45 ON DEMAND

Increase your heart rate, burn fat and build muscle in these fast paced, 45 minute express classes! HIIT The Deck and Fit45 are circuit based classes with a full body approach, combining strength and cardio exercises to tone, define and strengthen your body.


Equipment you may need: Mat, Dumbbells (Or any heavy substitute - gallons of water, backback with books, etc), handled resistance band, mini loop bands

HYBRID CLASSES ON DEMAND

Our Hybrid Classes On Demand include all "Hybrid" classes (Classes that combine different formats into one class) taught at The Energy Lab.  These include:

  • Breakthrough (Cycle and Strength)
  • Mashup (Strength Class that combines dumbbells and kettlebells)
  • Raise The Bar (A circuit strength class)
  • Strength360 (20 Minutes of Cardio/20 Minutes of Strength/20 Minutes of Pilates)


Equipment that may be needed: Indoor Bike (Or any cardio equipment), dumbbells, kettlebells (Or anything that is weighted)

MAT PILATES ON DEMAND

Pilates is hardCORE, authentic and genuine fitness. There is nothing like it. Pilates is practiced on mats, with your body weight and the usage of various tools. 


Once learned and achieved, your pilates practice will become the center and the foundation for all of your movement, training, sport, and events. Breathing practice and mind body connection are developed. These tools, along with a core that cannot be challenged will take your mental and physical game, whether it is in sport or in life, to a new level.

TABATA ON DEMAND

Tabata is a great way to kick your metabolism into high gear!  Tabata is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program that is proven to help increase endurance and performance for your aerobic (cardiovascular) and anaerobic (without oxygen) systems.  


Tabata is done in 20 second intervals of high intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. Repeat that 6 times for a full-body, all-out sweat!


Equipment you may need: Bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells
